You can either click to place an image at 100% or click and drag to place an image
and size it as you place it in the Document window. By dragging when you place
an image, you are resizing the image. Resizing an image in Illustrator will most
likely result in a different resolution than the original. Once again, you can look at
the PPI (Pixels Per Inch) value in the Control panel to see the resolution of the im-
age. The original PPI of the Text.psd image was 150 PPI.

With the Text.psd image selected, drag the selected art indicator (the colored box)
in the Layers panel up to the Text layer to move the image to the Text layer.
