Select the Gradient tool ( ) in the Tools panel.

Position the pointer over the gradient annotator (bar) in the artwork to reveal the
gradient slider. Double-click the black color stop in the center of the circle to edit
the color. In the panel that appears, click the Color button ( ), if it's not already
selected. Choose CMYK from the panel menu (if necessary) and change the color
values to C=
