Choose Select > Deselect.

Select the Selection tool ( ), and drag the bottom part of the spoon path down a
little bit to see that the spoon path is now cut into two closed paths.

Choose Select > All On Active Artboard.

With the spoon shapes selected, choose Object > Transform > Rotate. In the Rotate
dialog box, change the value to
-45
and click OK.
