Locking the power knob into place
Let's do an overview of the Grill tool before you begin working on your model.
The Grill Tool
Because a Grill feature has so many options and dimensional controls that may
need to be specifi ed, the tool's dialog is segmented into tabs arranged by the
types of subfeatures that may be used in the grill. On each tab are a number of
input values to control the size of each of these elements.
Let's work through the dialog and attach some meaning to the parts of a grill.
The Boundary Tab
This tab is focused on picking the sketch that is used as the boundary for the
grill and defi ning the geometry that is created on the perimeter.
