Preparing to build the spoke

Use the Slice Graphics tool to cut away the material down to the sketch.

Project the endpoint of the arc into the current sketch.
5.
From the Draw panel of the Sketch tab, select the Ellipse tool.
To draw an ellipse, you pick a centerpoint and then select two axis
endpoints.
6.
Pick the projected point as the center of the ellipse.
