10. Start the Plane tool.
11. Select the far face on the hub of the pulley, and then select the near
face on the hub. See Figure 7.22.

12. Create a new sketch on the work plane.
13. Restore the front view.
14. Right-click the work plane in the Browser, and turn off its visibility.
15. Right-click and select Slice Graphics from the context menu, or press
the F7 key. Doing so makes the geometry between your point of view
and the sketch plane disappear, as shown in Figure 7.23.
16. Draw a circle centered on the sketch centerpoint using the
Construction override, and make its diameter 8.2 .
17. Press the Esc key to end the Dimension tool.
18. Draw a vertical construction line from the sketch centerpoint to the
circle.
19. Restart the Line tool, and create a tangent arc starting from the
sketch centerpoint to the circle, as shown in Figure 7.24.
20. Start the Dimension tool, and add an 8-inch radius to the arc. Use
Esc to end the dimension tool.
