6. Maximize the assembly in the Design window.
7. Save the fi le to your Assemblies folder as Bearing Support.iam .
8. Start the Constrain tool from the Position panel of the Assembly tab.
9. Using a Mate constraint, select the work axis you created in the bear-
ing plate. Then, select the cylindrical surface (see Figure 4.17) of the
bearing holder to align the axes of the two parts.
10. Create a Mate constraint between the face of the bearing holder and
the front face of the bearing plate, as shown in Figure 4.18
11. Change the color of the bearing holder part by selecting it in the
Design window and then picking a color from the pull-down list in
the Quick Access Toolbar.
NOTE Changing the color of a component in the assembly doesn't
change the color of the component in its part file.
