includes access to all public-transport options within the city, with the ex-
ception of late-night buses and trams, and most of the ferries around Oslofjord including
Ferry 91 to Bygdøy.

TO/FROM OSLO GARDERMOEN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
50km north of Oslo. It departs from the bus terminal at Galleri Oslo, as well as a few other
stops in the city every 20 minutes from 4am to around 10pm. Times vary a little depending
on the day of the week; see website for a full schedule. The trip costs Nkr160/250 one-
way/return (valid one month) for an adult and Nkr80/160 for a child. The journey takes
with Majorstuen T-bane station (Nkr205) and other places, one to four times hourly. Buses
run from the city to the airport from around 4am until 8.30pm.

to the Nationaltheatret and stops south of there, terminating at Drammen. In total contrast
to Norwegian road-traffic speeds, this train pelts along at 210km/h apparently making it
city and local trains stop at Gardermoen (Nkr90, from 26 minutes, hourly but fewer on
Saturday).
TO/FROM TORP AIRPORT
To get to/from Torp Airport in Sandefjord, 123km southwest of Oslo, take the
Torp-Ex-
between Galleri Oslo bus terminal and the airport (adult/child Nkr240/120; 1½ hours).
Buses leave Oslo around 3½ hours before check-in closes and they leave Torp around 35
minutes after a flight arrives, but they will wait if a plane is late arriving.

trains run
roughly hourly between Oslo S and Torp station (Nkr252). A shuttle bus meets the trains
and takes passengers to the airport (the fee is included in the price of the train ticket).
