Summary and Conclusions
The home entertainment ecosystem is transitioning from isolated analog devices
into a network of interconnected digital devices. Driven by new developments
in semiconductors, coding and digital communications, these devices can share
photos, music, and videos using a home network, enhance the user experience, and
continue to drive the development of new digital signal processing algorithms and
architectures.
