Pyhä's major hotel sits part-way up the chairlift at the top of the road: you can ski in and
out. Rooms are decent value; some have great views, as does the restaurant, romantically
candlelit at night. There are also self-contained chalets. A sauna, gym and Jacuzzi will
ease those ski-tired muscles. The hotel also rents bikes.

At the Luosto slope, this is one of Lapland's most original and stylish hotels and a great
winter hideaway. All rooms have their own sauna, and many a wood fire; the wide floor-
boards, warm colours and romantic design create a whole ambience of great creativity,
with an old-fashioned rustic air combined with modern comforts.
