Regular buses link Korpo with Turku (€15.50, two hours, eight daily).
Ferries run from Galtby harbour to Houtskär (free, 30 minutes, eight daily) and Kökar
(passenger/bicycle/car free/€6/32, 2¼ hours, up to three daily).
Free passenger ferries depart at least once daily in summer from Verkan guest harbour,
3.2km southwest of Galtby, to outlying islands like Berghamn, Storpensar, Lillpensar,
Houtskär & Iniö
Houtskär and its tiny neighbour Iniö are delightfully tranquil, if short on sights. Both is-
lands have Swedish-speaking populations. There are no ATMs.
Houtskär's two ports are Mossala in the north and Kittius in the south. You can pitch
camp or rent a cabin at Mossala's

Iniö's sweet stone
Church of Sofia Wilhelmina

18th century. The area is good for nature strolls.

Antonia
ferry links Houtskär (Mossala) and Iniö (passenger/bicycle/car €8/15/35,
one hour, four daily Monday to Saturday, three on Sunday) from June to August.

Kustavi
The island village of Kustavi (Swedish: Gustavs) represents the final piece of the Ar-
chipelago Trail puzzle, offering scenic seascapes and a jumping-off point for the Åland is-
lands.
Kustavi's wooden
church
