Next to the Olympic Stadium, this is HJK Helsinki's home ground. The team's the closest
thing Finland has to a Real Madrid or Manchester United, having won 26 league titles at
last count.

Shopping
Helsinki is a design epicentre, from fashion to the latest furniture and homewares. Central
but touristy Esplanadi has the chic boutiques of Finnish classics. The most intriguing area
to browse is nearby Punavuori, with a great retro-hipster vibe and numerous boutiques,
studios and galleries to explore. A couple of hundred of these are part of Design District
Helsinki ( www.designdistrict.fi ) , whose invaluable map you can find at the tourist office.
