In-Depth Information
Peter: “Flat organizations generally work better than deep hierarchical structures.
One thing that is very important is that you create an environment where people know
what they are supposed to be doing, so that there is clear direction and leadership.
It is important to give people jobs with a purpose, no matter if you're coding away at
game, doing the artwork, or working on marketing.”
Mark: “If you want to create a game company, be very selective in the people you
want to work with. If you select the wrong people at the start, you will lose time by
having to change the team along the way. Spend a lot of time in the beginning to get
the right people.”
