While in the additional statistics screen, you can also take the following actions:
Click the Refresh button to view the latest data; this screen is not dynamic.
Click the Reset button to reset all statistics and errors to zero.
Click the Disconnect button to terminate the user's remote session.
Click Close to close this screen and return to the previous view.

You can send console messages to connected users from the default view. Right-click a
connected user in the right pane, and select one of the following options:
Send Message:
Send a message to the connected user. You will be prompted to enter
the text of the message that you want to send.
Send to All:
Send a message to all connected clients. You will be prompted to enter
the text of the message that you want to send.

Note
In order to send messages to remote clients, the Messenger service must be running on the target
computer and you must have administrative permissions to use it. Note also that the Messenger service refers
to the built-in Windows service, and not to the “chat” application of similar name.
Using a Command-Line Interface
To view a list of connected clients, run the following command:
> netsh ras show client
The results will look like this:
> netsh ras show client

How It Works
The ability to see in real time the users that are connected to your system, as well as statistics
about their connections, is fundamental to the proper management of your system. Not only
does this ability allow you to know who is connected in the event that you need to disconnect
them (for a planned server reboot, for example), but it also gives you insight into who may be
connected when they shouldn't be! In the event that this latter situation occurs, you may need
to fine-tune your remote access policies.
