2. Change Processing Option from Default to Do Not Process .
3. Click on OK .
4. Right-click on the FirstCube project in the Solution Explorer window and
choose Deploy .
5. You can view the deployment progress of the project in the Deployment Pro-
gress window.
Now the cube has been deployed to the server. To examine the structure of the cube,
perform the following steps:
1. Open up SQL Server Management Studio by going to Start | All Programs |
Microsoft SQL Server 2012 | SQL Server Management Studio .
2. In the Connect to Server dialog, specify that the server type should be Ana-
lysis Services .
3. Specify the server name to be localhost\multidimensional or the remote
server and instance name, if you are launching Management Studio from a
client.
4. In the Object Explorer window, double-click on the Databases folder.
5. You should be able to see the FirstCube database, and if you click on the
plus sign in front of it, you can see the cubes and the dimensions.
6. Right-click on the Adventure Works DW2012 cube and choose Browse .
If you got an error specifying that you could not browse the cube, then the error is
