You should know that the road must be in edit
mode for any of these functions to work.
Exercise 2.7: Edit in Profile View
In this exercise you are going to use the Profile
View panel to make some changes to the
vertical alignment of the industrial park road.
If you are continuing from the previous
exercise, you can skip to step 3. Otherwise, if
you haven't already done so, go to the topic's
web page at www.sybex.com/go/
roadwayessentials and download the files for
Chapter 2. Unzip the files to the correct location
on your hard drive according to the instructions
in the introduction.
1. If it is not already open, launch InfraWorks
360.
2. On the Start Page, click Open and browse to
C:\InfraWorks Roadway
Essentials\Chapter 02\ . Click Ch02
Bimsville Roads.sqlite and click
Open.
3. Select the Ex_2_7 proposal.
4. Restore the bookmark named Inlets.
You are looking at a close-up view of the two
inlets near the entrance to the industrial
park. The inlets are projecting above grade.
