The close up shot
The close up shot on the other hand puts us up close and personal in the frame with
generally speaking one, but on the odd occasion maybe two very specific elements
in the scene, making them the very obvious focal point of the shot. This shot type
lets us bring out or highlight details (in the focal point or subject), as well as make
use of artistic effects such as depth of field to defocus background elements in a very
naturalistic way.
