If you are ever unsure which buttons are for enabling and disabling which
tools, just hover your mouse over them and you will get a small tooltip
that will help you out with a handy reminder.
To work with these tools, the first thing we will need to do is click on the Show correc-
tions control toggle, which will bring up a floating window that houses all of V-Ray's
color correction tools.
To mimic the kind of tweaks we might make in Photoshop to create a higher level of
contrast in the render, let's make use of the curves controls. To enable that, as well
as using the curve editor in the Color corrections window itself, we also need to
engage the Curves toggle button on the V-Ray Frame Buffer itself in order to enable
the feature.
On the curve editor grid, I am going to create a fairly typical color correction curve
by working in turn with first the white and then the black point controls, which can be
seen in the following screenshot:
