A much more complex flow-based analysis is discussed in Chapter 12,
“Flows.” Also, complex analyses that have some sense of hierarchy, some
sense of flow, and a lot of filtering are not necessarily easy to create and
analyze using freeware graph software. You should expect to expend some
effort organizing data and adapting to the filtering and layout constraints of
the software. Or, consider investigating specialized software solutions that
exist for particular applications such as customer life cycle analysis.
