You can use SVG to draw two simple circles on a web page.
The bottom half of the browser has the developer tools opened, accessed
from the top-right menu (or using Ctrl+Shift+I in Chrome). Using the
Inspector window, you can see the exact HTML that is being drawn and
point at any item on the page (for example, a circle) to highlight the
corresponding HTML below.
