Figure 5-10 shows the top 4 levels of a Fortune 500 company's
organizational chart with 12 different job categories color-coded. Executives
are in yellow in the hub of each cluster. Engineers are in cyan,
predominantly in the upper-left cluster, and the blues are administrative
roles (including finance, tax, real estate, facilities, construction, and so on).
The administrative roles tend to have a few people in almost every cluster.

Color Blindness
One extra challenge with color is creating palettes that are effective for
color-blind people. About 1.3 percent of the population has a form of
