image is possibly made clearer by smoothing, but in places the blue and yellow
merge to produce a green, which does not reflect reality. Showing statistics just as
they are is often better. Central London is too divided for smoothing to work at all,
and hence its white inner core where the dark-red and bright-blue areas clashed.
