Figure 9.18 This image shows something of the empty hemisphere in the core
of the four-way distribution. The line of tetrahedrons in the foreground represents
seats contested only by the SNP and Conservative parties. The lines of other two-
party distributions can also be discerned. Even had the image been at a higher
resolution, little more would have been obvious without rotating it in space. Note
that in the foreground the tetrahedra appear as very jagged due to a combination
of low original screen resolution, a small colour pallet and the angle at which
light hits each surface.
