African, Caribbean and Asian origins have moved to. The whiter centre shows the
places they were leaving. The yellow patches point to the influx of Asian (mostly
Bangladeshi) immigrants in the 1970s to East London, to Sandwell in the West
Midlands and to a few isolated parts of the North of England.
