Figure 4.14 Again the same statistics are here shown on a map instead of a
cartogram. Now we see a nation dominated by usually well-paid people working
in professional and intermediate occupations. A few places, such as the remote
areas of Scotland, are not doing too well. Only tiny areas of the map are allocated
to the areas where the majority in fact live, but often earn much less.
