Figure 4.6 It is easier to see demographic change if that change is shown on
a single image rather than two images, to be compared. Here, suburban London
saw a slight influx of young women as did much of the south coast (partly care
workers and the elderly people many of them cared for). Squint and you can also
see a tendency for older people and men to be moving away from city centres.
