trendy Little Social offers classy British/French food, for lower
prices, in a bistro-style space done up with banquettes, booths
and retro stylings. The gutsy food - roast halibut BLT, perhaps,
or slow-cooked egg with parmesan and squash soup - is
exquisitely presented, using top-notch seasonal ingredients.

haute cuisine in this mellow oak-panelled dining room.
Everything, from ravioli of wild Italian greens with lemon
peel via slow-cooked beef cheek to their signature wild

price menus, from £28 at weekday lunch, are a great deal.

Sagne in the 1920s, and preserving its glorious decor
from those days, the café is now run by Soho's fab
patissiers (see opposite). The light lunches and brunch
