At the resolution of a mobile phone or over a slow dialup connection, this yields a
quite pleasing video experience. There is some audio-sync slippage, but when video is
compressed spatially and temporally the whole experience is compromised, and worrying
about totally accurate lip sync on low-frame-rate video is a lost cause.
