The upload package reads the data from the temporary storage folder to process the data as
required, and then uploads it to the management data warehouse database. All the insert
operations are performed as
bulk-insert
operation to minimize the impact of server
performance and reduce disk I/O.
By default, the data capture will run every 15
seconds and upload will execute every hour.

by performing the Collect and Upload Now action, as shown in the following screenshot:
