The steps are represented in the following screenshot:
Visual Studio 2010 delivers several database projects and
templates that enable users to develop the data portion of their
applications in Visual Studio Professional, Visual Studio Premium,
and Visual Studio Ultimate editions. To deploy DAC packages, you
need to download the templates using online templates.

After all selections are entered, click OK to create the project.

We will use the Scripts pane as shown in the next screenshot from Solution Explorer
to manage the database or server.
