In-Depth Information
Restaurants with great bars include Mise en Place, SideBern's and the Sono Cafe in the
Museum of Art. For nightlife, Ybor City is party central, though SoHo and Seminole
Heights have a more grown-up vibe. Most clubs are open from 10pm to 3am Thursday to
Saturday and charge a cover of between $10 and $30. Tampa Bay's alternative weekly is
Creative Loafing ( www.cltampa.com ) , with event and bar listings.
Ybor City is also the center of Tampa's GLBT life; to connect with it, check out the
GaYbor District Coalition ( www.gaybor.com ) and Gay Tampa ( www.tampabaygay.com ) .
