Built in 1891 as a stable for the Plant Hotel, the re-imagined Oxford Exchange takes its in-
spiration from the venerable Wolseley in London. Chef Erin Guggino's American menu is
served beneath sculptural palm fronds in a greenhouse atrium. There's also a tiny wood-
paneled bookstore, a Buddy Brew coffee stand and TeBella bar. In 2014 it was granted a li-
quor license, which means an exciting new wine and cocktail menu powered by cold-
pressed juices.
The restaurant recently opened for dinner on Thursday and Sunday evenings and is hop-
ing to host a summer supper series.

The sunny, southern Mediterranean menu at L'Eden reflects chef Gerard Jamgotchian's
Marseillais roots. Flaky-crust quiches cradle a velvety mix of ham and cheese; crepes
come drizzled with cheese or chocolate; and the show-stealing Nicoise salad is dressed in
crunchy green beans and a signature vinaigrette. Breakfast is also good.

This landmark Tampa restaurant has been a destination for romantic, sophisticated dining
for more than 25 years. The menu emphasizes contemporary American cuisine with
Floribbean accents, and constantly evolves with nods to culinary fashions without ever
feeling pretentious or 'trendy.' Go all out with the great-value 'Get Blitzed' tasting menu
($55).
