TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES
The Universal Orlando Rider's Guide, available online at www.universalorlando.com and
at Guest Services, includes ride requirements and attraction-accessibility details for travel-
ers with disabilities. There are also sign-language-interpreting, closed-captioning and
assistive-listening devices available at no extra charge, and large-print and braille maps.
Telecommunications Device for the Deaf-equipped (TDD) telephones are located
throughout the park.
Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) can be rented from the entrance to
each park; ECVs can be reserved in advance (407-224-4423). Rent manual wheelchairs at
the Rotunda section of the parking lot.

Getting There & Around
BOAT
Universal Orlando Water Taxis BOAT

Water taxis, which leave each point roughly every 15 minutes, shuttle regularly and direc-
tly between each of the three deluxe Universal hotels and CityWalk. From here, it's a five-
minute walk across the canal to the theme parks.
