MEDICAL SERVICES
Each theme park has medical facilities. The closest hospital is Dr P Phillips Hospital , an
easy 5.5 miles south on Turkey Lake Rd.
OPENING HOURS
Theme park hours change seasonally and daily. Generally, parks open at 8am or 9am and
close sometime between 6pm and 10pm. Guests at any of the four on-site hotels can enter
the Wizarding World of Harry Potter one hour before the park opens.
PARKING
Parking for both theme parks and CityWalk is available inside a giant garage structure
(self-/valet parking $17/30). Hotels charge per day for self-parking ($18) or valet ($25).
STROLLER & WHEELCHAIR RENTAL
Rent strollers, wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) at the entrance to
each park and manual wheelchairs at the Rotunda section of the parking lot. To reserve an
ECV in advance, call 407-224-4423.
TICKETS
The following table shows the cost of tickets for adults to one or both Universal Orlando
Resort parks (Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios):
Children aged from three to nine enter for up to $12 less.
Tickets are good anytime within 14 consecutive days, and multiple-day tickets include ad-
mission to paid venues in CityWalk. See website for Wet 'n Wild packages. Universal Or-
lando Resort participates in the Orlando Flex Ticket available online or in person at the
Orlando Official Visitor Center .
Express Pass Avoid lines at designated Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios rides
by flashing your Express Pass at the separate Express Pass line. The standard one-day
pass (for one park $35 to $70; for two parks $40 to $90) allows one-time Express Pass ac-
