The only sit-down restaurants in the theme parks that take advance reservations are Fin-
negan's Bar & Grill and Lombard's Seafood Grille in Universal Studios, and Mythos Res-
taurant and Confisco Grille in Islands of Adventure.
Islands of Adventure
All the usual fast-food suspects are sold throughout the park, but with a commitment to
theme that you don't see elsewhere. Sip a Predator Rocks in the lush foliage of the Creta-
ceous period in Jurassic Park or grab a Hog's Head Brew in Hogsmeade.

Under-the-radar and often overlooked, the recommended Confisco Grille has outdoor seat-
ing, freshly made hummus, tasty wood-oven pizzas, and a full bar.
