Lynx 21, 37 or 40, Universal) has shows and magnificently designed simulation-heavy rides
dedicated to silver-screen and TV icons. Drink Duff beer, a Homer favorite, in Springville;
ride the Hogwarts Express into Diagon Alley; and sidle up to Lucille Ball on Hollywood
Blvd. And if you're looking for thrills, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and Revenge of the
Mummy are two of Orlando's best coasters.
For some downtime, a fenced-in grassy area with shade trees, flowers and views across
the lagoon sits just across from the entrance to Woody Woodpecker's KidZone. Spread out
a blanket and enjoy a snack, or simply chill out. It makes an excellent meeting spot.

quired; from 9am; ; Lynx 21, 37 or 40)
Home to two of Universal's most talked-about rides, the incredible 3-D simulation Trans-
formers: The Ride 3-D (Express Pass) and the high-thrill coaster Hollywood Rip Ride
Rockit (Express Pass). This roller coaster is not for the faint of heart - you Rip up to
65mph, Ride 17 stories above the theme park, around a loop-dee-loop, and down a crazy-
steep drop, and Rockit to customized music.
At Shrek 4-D (Express Pass), Shrek and Donkey try to save Princess Fiona from a
dragon. And that dragon is indeed fierce, probably too fierce for tiny tots - it pops out at
you with red eyes, spitting fire into your face. Unfortunately, the nonsensical preshow
spiel goes on too long.

Revenge of the Mummy (Express Pass) combines roller-coaster speed and twists with in-
your-face special effects. Head deep into ancient Egyptian catacombs in near pitch black,
but don't anger Imhotep the mummy - in his wrath he flings you past fire, water and more.
The walk-through attraction Twister…Ride It Out (Express Pass) takes folks into a film
set of a dilapidated Midwest America town, eerily quiet...until the storm rolls in.
