Dramatic and overhyped water, music and light show centers on a vague, rather discon-
nected and confusing plot in which Mickey Mouse proves victorious over a cast of Disney
villians. Seating for the 25-minute show begins 90 minutes in advance, and even though
the outdoor ampitheater seats more than 6000 people, it's always crowded.
Sleeping
Disney resort hotels are divided according to location (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal
Kingdom and Downtown Disney) and price (Value, Moderate, Deluxe and Deluxe Villas).
Prices vary drastically according to season, week and day, and there are more than 20 dif-
ferent price variations throughout the year; to further complicate things, deluxe resorts can
have upwards of 10 different 'room types' that vary according to location and amenities,
rooms that sleep five or more aren't necessarily more expensive than suites, and Disney
vacation packages include park tickets and shave room rates. Go to www.wdwinfo.com for
an exhaustive chart of room options and exact prices for each season, and to
www.disneyworld.disney.go.com to plug in specific dates and see package offerings. Most
rooms sleep up to four, with no extra charge for children or cribs, and a handful offer
themed rooms and bunk beds.
