INTERACTIVE DISNEY
Two Disney parks offer self-paced treasure-hunt-styled experiences that attract fans of all
ages.
Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom (Magic Kingdom) Join Merlin in his efforts to find
and defeat Disney villains. Key cards activate hidden game portals throughout Magic
Kingdom and the spell cards work magic. Stop by the firehouse by the main gate on Main
Street to sign up.
Pirates Adventure - Treasure of the Seven Seas (Magic Kingdom) Pick up a talis-
man at the Crow's Nest (Adventureland) and help Captain Jack collect the pirate gold.
Agent P's World Showcase Adventure (Epcot) Phineas and Ferb-themed game.
Make the beer steins in Germany sing, the soldiers dance, and activate surprises from
China to the UK.
Getting There & Around
A pleasant, well-lit paved waterfront path or boat shuttle connects Epcot to Hollywood
Studios, Disney's BoardWalk and Epcot resorts. The monorail runs a direct line between
Epcot and the Transportation & Ticket Center; from there, catch a monorail or ferry to Ma-
gic Kingdom. Disney buses depart from Epcot's main gate to Disney resorts, Hollywood
Studios and Animal Kingdom.
Within the park, a boat shuttles folks to and from Morocco and Germany from two boat
docks just outside Future World.
Animal Kingdom
Set apart from the rest of Disney both in miles and in tone, Animal Kingdom ( MAP

World; adult/child $90/84; 9am-6pm, hours vary; Disney) attempts to blend theme park and
zoo, carnival and African safari, all stirred together with a healthy dose of Disney charac-
ters, storytelling and transformative magic. The result is, at times, quite odd. The two most
popular rides are Kilimanjaro Safari and Expedition Everest, located at opposite ends of
the park.
