Red is indeed the name of the game, from the cushions on the sleek chairs in the lobby to
the flashes dancing around the marble pool to deep, blood-crimson headboards and walls
wrapping you in warm sexiness in the small but beautiful guest rooms. The Red is excel-
lent value for money and come evening the pool-bar complex is a great place to unwind
and meet fellow guests.

The Daddy O is a cheerful, hip option that looks, from the outside, like a large B&B that's
been fashioned for MTV and Apple employees. This vibe continues in the lobby and the
rooms: cool, clean lines offset by bright, bouncy colors, plus a nice list of amenities: flat-
screen TVs, custom wardrobes, free wi-fi and the rest. It's located about 3 miles north of
North Miami Beach.
