Fun fact: With more than 1250 courses (and counting), Florida has the most golf courses
of any US state. Whether or not this is related to Florida's high number of wealthy retirees
isn't known, but one thing is certain, if you want to tee up, you won't have to look far.
Towns that are notable for golf include Palm Beach, Naples, Fort Myers, Orlando, Jack-
sonville, Miami and St Augustine. Near St Augustine is the World Golf Hall of Fame.
