The main municipal tennis centre at Vall d'Hebron, in the northeastern suburbs, is
the best place to play. Unlike many clubs in the city, you can rent courts by the hour without
being a member. There are asphalt and clay courts, costing around €20-25 an hour, plus a

Port Olímpic's sailing club has courses and
instruction in catamaran and Laser sailing, kayaking and windsurfing, from two hours to two
days. Prices are much the same as at Base Nàutica Municipal.
