Mental Voyage #2
In this voyage we're going to determine a list of three potential destinations. For
this it will be useful to create a travel journal to begin to catalogue the creation
of your trip. Eventually you'll use this journal to help create your itinerary and to
make more particular plans for your trip. But for now, find an appropriate note-
book and go through the various steps described in this chapter to narrow down
your choice of destinations to three. Write as much or as little as you like in your
travel journal, but be sure to write something about each possible destination. As
you write about each place, be sure to use the virtualization techniques described
in Mental Voyage #1 to make your thinking about each destination as real and as
personal as possible. To add to the richness of the experience, you may choose to
decorate your travel journal
