process that includes downloading a compressed set of iles, uncompress-
ing and uploading them to your site, setting ile permissions (so that the
core programs that make up Movable Type will run), and then tweaking
coniguration iles so that the program looks for data in all the right places.
Ater that, you must log in to Movable Type, set up your irst blog, and set
your preferences. It's not rocket science, but it is time consuming.
