oicially the buzziest buzzword to ly around the Internet. Everyone's get-
ting a podcast. Some people are even getting vidcasts. But what the heck
is a podcast to start with, and how can it help you with your information
trapping? Let's begin with the basics.
What is a podcast?
A podcast is an audio ile—usually an MP3—that's distributed automati-
cally to audio-playing devices like iPods, or audio-playing sotware on a
