The map was created using Leaflet. First, an OpenStreetMap layer was created to
beusedasabasemap.Then,usingjQuery,youfedaGeoJSONlayerthatdisplays
all of the features generated by the
get_geojson
view. You associated a popup
withthelayerthatopenseverytimetheuserclicksonasightingentity.Thepopup
displaysthemaininformationforthatsighting,includingapictureofthesightedan-
imal.
