As already mentioned, the less complex fs/4 method is frequently used
in practice. In the case of OFDM-(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multi-
plex)-modulated signals, this circuit is provided directly ahead of the FFT
signal processing block. The fs/4 demodulation method is supported by
many modern digital circuits.
