It won't really matter what side is ground or positive. After all, you are just closing a circuit.
I have used these terms to make it easier to understand. I like to solder breadboard pins
on each of the wire ends to make it easy to connect to the breadboard. You can see my
finished job in Figure 10-10 .

That's now the hardest part done. Next up, get your breadboard and the relays.
Adding the Relays
Pick up a relay. If you are lucky you will have two things: a model number so you can read the data sheet, and a little
squiggly-looking drawing. If you're unlucky you will get neither of the two. You know what to do with the data sheet by
now but what is that little squiggly drawing on the side of the relay? That's the connection diagram and it should look
something like Figure 10-11 .
