age Script window page 428). The Notes column tells you when a script is set to “Run with full ac-
cess privileges.” You'll learn about this later in this chapter.
Again, the pop-up menu gives you three canned choices and a custom option:
All modifiable means people can run and edit any script.
All executable only lets folks run scripts, but not edit them.
All no access keeps people from running any scripts at all.
Custom privileges brings up the now-familiar Custom Privileges dialog box.
Here's how to do the final settings for your Project Manager privilege set:
1. From the Scripts pop-up menu, choose “All executable only.”
With this change, you've finished creating your privilege set. Your window should
look just like Figure 18-13 .
2. Click OK to close the Edit Privilege Set window .
FileMaker adds Project Manager to the list of privilege sets in the Manage Security
window.
