In-Depth Information
Figure 18-12. The Folder Name column refers to the organizer folders you can create in the Man-
age Script window page 428). The Notes column tells you when a script is set to “Run with full ac-
cess privileges.” You'll learn about this later in this chapter.
Again, the pop-up menu gives you three canned choices and a custom option:
▪
All modifiable
means people can run
and
edit any script.
▪
All executable only
lets folks
run
scripts, but not edit them.
▪
All no access
keeps people from running any scripts at all.
▪
Custom privileges
brings up the now-familiar Custom Privileges dialog box.
Here's how to do the final settings for your Project Manager privilege set:
1.
From the Scripts pop-up menu, choose “All executable only.”
With this change, you've finished creating your privilege set. Your window should
look just like
Figure 18-13
.
2.
Click OK to close the Edit Privilege Set window
.
FileMaker adds Project Manager to the list of privilege sets in the Manage Security
window.
