Figure 21-24. In the SQL Query Builder dialog box's SELECT tab, the Tables list shows every
table available from the database you're connecting to. When you select a table, FileMaker lists all
its fields (called columns in most database systems) in the Columns list. Select a field and then click
“Insert into SQL Query” to include that field in the data you're importing. If you're a SQL pro, you
can simply type in the SQL Query box instead.
Although the query builder supports only a little SQL, you can use any SQL commands sup-
ported by your database server if you type the query directly. And SQL can do
