NOTE
You can access shared databases over wifi or through your mobile device's data sharing plan. Wifi is
usually faster, so it's the preferred method. Plus, databases that store large files, especially streaming
audio or video in container fields, may burn right through limited data plans, so take that into ac-
count when using your database on the Go.

It's similar to the one you use in Mobile Safari to close or switch between multiple browser win-
dows. The tools you use to browse records or perform a find are a little different than in FileMaker
Pro, but the process and the end result are the same. Remember, though, that you can't make any
structural changes to your database (create fields, write scripts, or design layouts, for example)
with FileMaker Go.
Logging In After Hibernation
The iPad, iPod Touch, and iPhone let you have several apps open at one time, but those apps
don't act like open applications on your desktop or laptop. For example, the desktop version
